Is rsvpbloom really free?
Yes. Planning, RSVPs, guest lists, websites, and budget tools are free forever. We only charge a small commission when guests pay for something on your event — gifts, asoebi, or accommodation. Cash gifts stay at 0%.
Can guests outside Nigeria pay?
Yes. We support NGN via Paystack and USD, GBP, EUR via Stripe. Guests see prices in their own currency; you see deposits in yours. Diaspora-friendly from day one.
What event types are supported?
Weddings, traditional weddings, naming ceremonies, owambe, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and anything in between. The platform adapts its checklists and budget templates to the event type and culture you pick.
How does asoebi sizing and shipping work?
You upload your fabric, set sizes and colors, and we handle orders, payments, and shipping labels. International shipping to diaspora guests is supported. Payouts split automatically to your tailor via Paystack.
Is my guest data safe?
We're NDPA (Nigeria) and GDPR (Europe) compliant. Your guest list is yours — we never sell data, never train AI models on your content, and you can export or delete everything anytime from settings.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Bloom Plus and Concierge. Point yourwedding.com at us and we handle the SSL. Until then, every event gets a free rsvpbloom.com/e/your-event page.
What if I need help?
Free plan: email support within 1 business day. Plus plan: WhatsApp + email, usually within 2 hours. Concierge: dedicated coordinator with same-day response on event week.
