Terms of Service
Welcome to rsvpbloom. By creating an account or using rsvpbloom.com, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
rsvpbloom is a software platform that helps you plan and run events — budget, RSVPs, registry, asoebi, accommodation, and event websites. We provide the tools; you provide the event.
2. Your account
- You must be 18+ to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
- One person per account. Teams can be added via event collaborators.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of event details, guest lists, and vendor information.
3. Payments & fees
Creating an event is free. Commission fees apply to certain paid transactions (gift registry, asoebi sales, vendor bookings, accommodation) — the applicable rate is shown before you confirm each transaction. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload (guest lists, photos, event details, messages). You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display it as needed to run the service. We will not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose outside running rsvpbloom for you.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use rsvpbloom to:
- Run scams, spam, or fraudulent fundraisers.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Harvest guest data for purposes unrelated to the event.
6. Guest & vendor relationships
We facilitate transactions between hosts, guests, and vendors but are not a party to them. Vendor quality, delivery, and refunds are between you and the vendor. We may mediate disputes as a courtesy but are not obliged to.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk. On deletion, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
rsvpbloom is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be attempted in good faith; unresolved disputes go to courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
